Description
The data for the gamma-background measured by the Executive Agency of Environment (EAE) to Ministry of Environment and Water for March 2000 and by the National Center of Radiobiology and Radiation Protection (NCRRP) to Ministry of Health for March 1995 are compared and analysed. The specifics of the methods and equipment used by the two organizations are discussed in order to determine their reliability and relevance in respect of real-time measurements of low doses
