The analysis of treatment of the patients with accidental injuries of hand
Description
The results of treatment of 27 patients with grade 2 and more severity of the injury. To improve the result of the treatment it is reasonable to postpone the surgery and determination of its volume and type for 6 months which will allow to make it more accurate. It all cases it is necessary to plan the type of surgery with account of the geometry and the absolved dose level, individual peculiarities of the patients as well as accompanying radiation syndrome
