Macroscopic quantum fluctuations in superfluorescence

Description
We show that superfluorescent pulses fluctuate significantly in shape notwithstanding their classical dynamical behavior. These fluctuations can be understood as originating from the quantum mechanical uncertainty of the initial polarization
