To the problem on quantum states
Description
An explicit form of a time shift operator in a wave equation which differs from the usual hamiltonian by an additional component caused by microtemporal fluctuations of the probability amplitude is constructed. It is shown that because of fluctuations shift of energy levels of a charged particle in electromagnetic field should occur. The estimation of such a shift for the electron in a hydrogen atom is given
