Description
By electron spin resonance (ESR) spin trapping method, were estimated scavenging activity for hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical of some antioxidants such as EPC-K1, Cysteamine, GSH, L-Cysteine, Lipoic acid, SOD. The concentration of 50% scavenging (IC50) for hydroxyl radical of EPC-K1: 0.3 mM; Cysteamine: 0.52 mM; GSH: 2.37 mM; L-Cysteine: 2.82 mM and Lipoic acid: 2.84 mM. The IC50 for superoxide radical of SOD is 0.47 U/ml. (author)
