Rotatable target for x-ray tubes
Description
Distorsion of the focal trace results in reduction of X-ray intensity, which may stop the desired use of the X-ray tube early. This distorsion can be avoided almost by use of molybdenum alloys for base body and substrate. Different alloys together with belonging measured values are described. (J.K.)

Das Verziehen der Brennspur fuehrt zu einer Roentgenstrahlschwaechung, welche den gewuenschten Einsatz der Roentgenroehre oft schon fruehzeitig beenden kann. Das Verziehen kann durch den Einsatz von Molybdaenlegierungen fuer Grundkoerper und Substrat weitgehend verhindert werden. Es werden verschiedene Legierungen samt zugehoerigen Messwerten beschrieben.
