Dependence of main parameters of explosion welding on the rigidity of cladding tube ring section

Description
The calculation technique is developed for main explosion welding parameters when manufacturing bimetallic tubes by inner cladding. For Ni, Nb, Ti, steels 30 and Kh18N10T the empirical dependences are obtained which permit determining loading coefficients in relation to rigidity of driven tube cross-section, mechanical properties of tube materials and specific density of applied explosives. The determine the charge diameter for explosion welding the analytical expressions are derived. 9 refs., 3 figs., 1 tab
