Native acceptor defects in chlorine doped single crystals of CdTe
- 1. Vil'nyusskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)
Description
Conductivity and Hall mobility of charge carriers in CdTe:Cl crystals versus temperature as well as the isothermal dependences of conductivity and of the Hall density of charge carriers on the pressure of the tellurium vapour has been measured. For the analysis of experimental data Brouwer's method of approximate electroneutrality equations (AEE's) has been used. In conclusion, it has been shown that measurements of the high-temperature Hall effect provide the two AEE's which do not contradict the experimental results
