The text of the Cooperation Agreement between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the ITER International Fusion Energy Organization is reproduced herein for the information of all Members. The Agreement entered into force on 13 October 2008 pursuant to Article 8.

Tekst Soglashenija o sotrudnichestve mezhdu Mezhdunarodnym agentstvom po atomnoj jenergii i Mezhdunarodnoj organizaciej ITJeR po termojadernoj jenergii vosproizvoditsja v nastojashhem dokumente dlja svedenija vseh chlenov. V sootvetstvii so stat'ej 8 Soglashenie vstupilo v silu 13 oktjabrja 2008 goda.
