Description
Development of high resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in solid by means of CP/MAS 13C-NMR is reviewed and practical results obtained by the author and his co-workers are shown. In the case of coal, for example, its configurational investigation is easily carried out under a higher magnetic field (75 MHz). Soluble biosamples, such as protein of a shell ligament, cellulose and membrane protein of photosythetic bacteria, can be analyzed in solid state, although they are conventionally used in a solublized form.
