Extracts are presented from 'Nuclear Power and the Energy Crisis' by Duncan Burn, which is an updating of his 1967 study of the comparative efficiencies of the organisations in different countries which apply nuclear power to electricity generation. Particular attention is paid to the consequencies of decisions on reactor choice made by British ministers. (author)
