Hydrogeologic site evaluation of the Department of Energy, Portsmouth Uranium Enrichment Facility. Final report. Volume I
Description
The purpose was to assess all available information relating to the geology and groundwater conditions beneath the DOE Reservation to determine the impact of the facility on groundwater resources at the site. Geologic cross sections were constructed, direction of groundwater flow identified, and geologic conditions described. Current groundwater monitoring programs were assessed. Areas that appear to have potential for use as waste disposal sites were identified
