Description
The study has been reported a fluorescence turn-on sensor for Alkaline phophatase (ALP); The fluorescence of BSPOTPE-PrS supra-molecular complex is quenched by Hexametaphosphate (HMP); BSPOTPE-PrS probe is efficient in detecting as low as 28.7 μU/mL of ALP; and BSPOTPE-PrS-HMP sensing system shows good response towards ALP in human serum matrix; and BSPOTPE-PrS-HMP system is highly selective for ALP detection
