Description
Problem of interaction of the interplanetary shock wave (SW) with elongated structures of the Earth magnetosphere is discussed. Simulation of the mentioned process was conducted in the framework of gas-dynamic model magnetosphere was simulted by cylindrical blunted body with 25 RE radious (RE - Earth radius). 15 refs., 2 figs
