Operation of the OSIRIS reactor from the viewpoint of analysis of operator functions
Description
This paper presents the results of analyses carried out on site by the Human Factor Study Laboratory in an experimental nuclear plant operated by the Atomic Energy Commissariat - the OSIRIS pool reactor. The analyses of certain tasks are given: work in the reactor hall and an operation of circuit setting performed by the mechanics. This work has thrown light on certain operational guidelines implemented by the operators when carrying out their work

L'objet de cette communication est de presenter les resultats d'une etude menee au cours de trois mois (de janvier a mars 1984) dans une installation nucleaire experimentale: le reacteur OSIRIS. L'interet particulier de cette etude reside principalement dans: - son objet, qui est l'analyse des caracteristiques du travail des operateurs d'un reacteur nucleaire d'experimentation - domaine dans lequel les connaissances sont pratiquement inexistantes, - la methode employee, qui consiste en une analyse detaillee des activites reelles au travail au cours des journees entieres du service continu.
