Energy dependence of the phase-breaking time and the weak localization magnetoconductivity

Description
The influence of the energy dependence of the phase-breaking time on a two-dimensional weak localizational magnetoconductivity curve is discussed. It is shown that detailed behaviour of the curve depends on the kind of inelastic scattering processes. Electron-electron, electron-phonon interactions, and also interaction with two-level systems are considered. (orig.)
