Wide band infrared Hg Cd Te photodiodes: Measurement of the frequency response up to 8 GHz

Description
Frequency response was measured by detecting the heterodyne beat signal between a tunable Pb Sn Te diode and a CO/sub 2/ laser. Experimental results and the SAT Hg Cd Te photodiode technology are presented. Frequency responses are measured above 8 GHz
