Deviations from Wohlfarth's remanence relationship in NdFeB magnets
- 1. Inst. fuer Festkoerperphysik und Festkoerperchemie, ZFW Dresden (Germany)
Description
An analysis of Wohlfarth's remanence relationshop is used to clarify the nature of magnetization processes in different types of permanent magnets based on the Nd2Fe14B phase. The deviations from ideal Wohlfarth behaviour are due to domain walls in sintered magnets and to magnetic interaction in melt spun materials, respectively. (orig.)
