Description
The invention refers to accelerator technique and can mainly be used when creating positive ion accelerators based on acceleration by fields excited in an electron flux. The invention is aimed at simplification of ion acceleration method realization in an electron flux virtual cathode at the expense of a self-agreed displacement of its foundary synchronously with ions. 5 figs
