Analysis of factors influencing radionuclide measurements of left ventricular diastolic function

  • 1. The Second Clinical College of China Medical Univ., Shenyang (China). Dept. of Nuclear Medicine

Description

In this paper, the relationship of peak diastolic filling rate (normalized for end diastolic volume, stroke volume, and peak systolic emptying rate) and heart rate, age and left ventricular ejection fraction was studied in 76 normal subjects using routine gated cardiac blood pool imaging. Multiple regression equations were set up for each of the normalized peak filling rate in order to establish normal ranges for each parameter and to provide the basis for explaining left ventricular diastolic function in clinical practice
