Perovskite crystal structure complex copper oxides with mixed valence
Description
The results of investigation of the cystal structure of copper complex oxides possessing superconducting properties carried out by the methods of electron diffraction and electron microscopy are presented. It is marked that the oxygen deficient perovskite-like laminated anisotropic structure is characteristic for such compounds as La3Ba3Cu6O14+δ, LaBa2CuO2, YBa2Cu3O7-y, YBa2Cu3O6.85. The presence of domains and extended defect is shown to influence on superconducting properties. 30 refs.; 17 figs
