  • 1. O-arai Engineering Center, Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute, Narita, O-arai, Ibaraki (Japan)

Description

Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute (JNC) has made a great effort to preserve technical documents and basic databases from the very early stage of the fast reactor development. Almost all experiences are preserved as a form of database and documents as well as a lot of analytical codes. At present, we can utilize the following databases for our design and evaluation works. 1) MONDE: Monju Design Engineering Database System; 2) Database of Design Study on Future Commercial FBRs; 3) JOYDAS: Joyo Data Acquisition System; 4) JOYMES: Joyo Maintenance Engineering Support System; 5) Joyo Characteristics Database/ Joyo Coolant Sodium and Cover Gas Impurity Database; 6) CORDS: Component Reliability Database and Statistical Analysis System for LMFBRs; 7) SMAT: Structural Material Data Processing System; 8) STAR: Structural Test and Analysis Database for Reliable Design; 9) JSERV: JNC Technical Information Database Service System. The outline of each database is introduced

Part of:
Back-to-back technical meetings (TMs): 'TM on the coordinated project (CRP) analyses of and lessons learned from the operational experience with fast reactor equipment and systems' and 'TM to coordinate the Agency's fast reactor knowledge preservation international project in Russia'. Working material
