Saturation of parametric instability of ion cyclotron waves in a plasma with anisotropic ion temperature

Description
Turbulent fluctuations are studied and effective frequency of collisions in the behind-the-threshold region of low-hybride pumping decay into low-hybride and ion-cyclotron wave in plasma with ion temperature anisotropy is calculated. A conclusion is made about a possibility of using the ion temperature anisotropy is calculated. A conclusion is made about a possibility of using the ion temperature anisotropy obtained for plasma diagnostics
