Basing on the LGR system of the Yangjiang Nuclear Plant, this paper gives the discussion and summary on the commission method at the present stage by comparing it with conventional substation, pointing out that the electronic transfomers and protective devices debugging and proposes the defects to be solved about the present smart substation, in addition, this paper gives the application trends of the smart substation in the nuclear power plant.
