Duration of (4He,p) reaction at 25.9 MeV excitation energy of 117Sb compound nucleus
Description
Duration of nuclear reactions was measured by the method of K vacancies. Peculiarities of this method realized in the (4He,p) reaction are noted. The experimental installation for measuring duration of 113In(4He,p) 116Sn reaction at 25.9 MeV excitation energy of the compound nucleus is given. The measured value is (1.8±0.8)x10-17 s
