Description
In order to explain the detailed PDR structure, some new effects must be taken into account, in addition to the effects of the standard RPA or QRPA and phonon coupling. New self--consistent calculations within the Green function method including particle-phonon coupling have been performed with the Skyrme forces SLy4.
