DIN 25440:2021-06: Classification of rooms in the controlled area of nuclear facilities and facilities according to local dose rates

Description

This document is to be applied for the planning and installation of controlled areas in nuclear facilities and installations as well as within the framework of nuclear licensing and supervisory procedures (including decommissioning). This document was prepared by the working committee NA 062-07-62 AA "Radiation protection devices" in the DIN Standards Committee for Materials Testing (NMP). This document replaces DIN 25440:2011-03. Compared to DIN 25440:2011-03, the following changes were made: a) scope extended to decommissioning; b) adaptation to radiation protection legislation made.

Abstract (German)

Dieses Dokument ist bei der Planung und Einrichtung von Kontrollbereichen in kerntechnischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen sowie im Rahmen der atomrechtlichen Genehmigungs- und Aufsichtsverfahren (einschließlich Stilllegung) anzuwenden. Dieses Dokument wurde vom Arbeitsausschuss NA 062-07-62 AA "Strahlenschutzvorrichtungen" im DIN-Normenausschuss Materialprüfung (NMP) erstellt. Dieses Dokument ersetzt DIN 25440:2011-03. Gegenüber DIN 25440:2011-03 wurden folgende Änderungen vorgenommen: a) Anwendungsbereich erweitert auf Stilllegung; b) Anpassung an Strahlenschutzgesetzgebung vorgenommen.
