Ground states of quantum spin systems

Description
We prove that ground states of quantum spin systems are characterized by a principle of minimum local energy and that translationally invariant ground states are characterized by the principle of minimum energy per unit volume. (HJ)

Es wird gezeigt, dass die Grundzustaende von Quantenspringsystemen durch das Prinzip der minimalen lokalen Energie charakterisiert sind, und dass die translationsinvarianten Grundzustaende durch das Prinzip der Mindestenergie pro Volumeneinheit gekennzeichnet sind. (HJ)Additional details
