Synthesis and X-ray diffraction study of CuxNb3Se4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.45)

Description
The new CuxNb3Se4 phases are obtained through electrochemical techniques. It is shown by the xray diffraction study that solid solutions on the basis of the Nb3Se4 are formed within the composition area of 0 < x < 0.2 and a new phase, related to hexagonal syngony, is identified within the interval of 0.2 < x < 0.45

Электрохимическим способом получены новые фазы CuxNb3Se4. Методом рентгеновской дифрактометрии показано, что в области составов 0< x < 0,2 образуются твердые растворы на основе Nb3Se4, а в интервале 0,2 < x < 0,45 обнаружена новая фаза, относящаяся к гексагональной сингонииAdditional details
