Description
A model of radiation-induced point defect cluster evolution in crystals under irradiation is proposed. Application of the model for the case of alkaline-halide crystals is considered as an example. Calculated dependences of time change of defect concentration and defct cluster radii are obtained therewith. Comparison of the calculation results to experimental data is conducted
