Non-direct interzone transitions in solid solutions Gasub(1-y)Insub(y)Psub(1-x)Assub(x)
Description
Equation to calculate the width of non-direct forbidden zone of solid solutions Gasub(1-y)Insub(y)Psub(1-x)As of any composition is obtained. The dependence of non-direct transition energy Esub(g)sup(x)(x, y) on the composition of solid solutions Gasub(1-y)Insub(y)Psub(1-x)As at 77 K is calculated. Criteria for the determination of the type of zone structure of the solid solutions are suggested
