Energetic materials. Unsteady balance on oil markets
Creators
Description
This article discusses the evolutions of OPEC's strategies during the last years, notably in front of the emergence and growth of shale oil production in the USA which first lead the OPEC to significantly reduce the price of Brent oil, and, in a second time, to sign an agreement with Russia while the USA reached a record production. As a result, the OPEC seems to have lost its power on oil prices
