Description
This paper is an overview of the design criteria and procedure used by the U.S. Department of Energy for remedial actions at inactive uranium mill sites in the Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial Action Project. Also included is an overview of the standard Review Plan used by Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff in reviewing proposed remedial actions
