Portable electronic personal dosemeter
Description
The dosemeter is made by integration and miniaturization technique and is composed of 3 main components: a detector diode, a specialized analogical circuit and a micro-controller. The dosemeter uses a bipolar technology with low polarized hyperfrequency transistors, a program performed with power stop time between processings, and 2 clocks, a slow speed clock and a quick speed clock that are used according to the irradiation level, respectively low or high (CM)
