A difference is made between the objective contrast and the physiological-optical contrast. The term contrast is defined and the conditions and parameters determining the contrast are explained. The paper is restricted to the case of direct imaging techniques with a combination of film and screen. (DG)

Im wesentlichen wird zwischen dem objektiven und dem physiologisch-optischen Kontrast unterschieden. Zunaechst erfolgt eine Definition des Kontrastbegriffes und eine Untersuchung, wovon der fuer die Diagnose relevante Bildkontrast abhaengt. Dabei ist die Untersuchung auf die Direktaufnahme-Technik mit Film-Folien-Kombination beschraenkt. (DG)Additional details
