Influence of temperature on processes of segregation in V-5Fe alloy after irradiation with 50 keV V+ ions

Description
The profiles of the Fe concentration distribution by the length of the V-5Fe alloy samples, irradiated by the V+ keV-ions with the fluences (1-10) x 1020 ion m-2 at the temperatures of 25-500 deg C are measured through the method of the X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy. It is shown that their formation within the whole range is determined through the internodal migration and sputtering mechanism. The partial coefficients of the Fe atoms diffusion both through the internodal and vacant mechanisms are above the corresponding values for the V atoms

Методом рентгеновской фотоэлектронной спектроскопии измерены профили распределения концентрации Fe по глубине образцов сплава V-5Fe, облученных 50-кэВ-ионами V+ с флюенсами (1-10) х 1020 ион м-2 при температурах 25-500 град С. Показано, что их формирование во всем температурном интервале определяется междузельным механизмом миграции и распылением.
