Dose response of the wide-base silicon diode fast-neutron detector

Description
The principle and technology of wide-base silicon diode fast-neutron detector are introduced. Dose response of the diode of fast-neutron radiation is measured. And energy response of the diode in neutron fields of different energy from 0.18 MeV to 17.56 MeV is discussed
