Description
The mechanism of the nuclei dynamic self-polarization, which weakly depends on the temperature and is effective in the low-dimensional systems is considered. It is conditioned by the superfine interaction of nuclei with excitons, the spin polarization whereof is artificially sustained at the zero level (due to illumination by the nonpolarized light), however the excitons nonequilibrium aligning into the nuclear orientation in the effective magnetic field of the polarized nuclei takes place
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
