Synthesis and labelled with 99Tcm of serotonin (5-HT1A) receptor imaging agent

Description
The synthesis and labelled with 99Tcm of serotonin (5-HT1A) receptor imaging agent derived from way-100635 are reported. The precursor is synthesized by chlorization of N2S2 and condensation with 2-(1-piperazino) phenol, then reduction and deprotection are carried. The labelling ratio is over 90% and the radiochemical purity is over 95% determined by thin layer chromatography (TLC). (authors)
