A new developing system for radiochemical analysis of carried 90Y-EDTMP
- 1. Academia Sinica, Beijing, BJ (China). Inst. of Atomic Energy
Description
A new developing system for radiochemical analysis of carried 90Y-EDTMP used for palliative treatment of bone metastases was introduced in the paper, the effects of pH value and solvent ratio (v/v) on the paper chromatographic behavior of carried 90Y-EDTMP were studied in the ammonium hydroxy:ethanol: water system. At the same time, it was compared with the column chromatography and HPLC on radiochemical purity of carried 90Y-EDTMP. Finally, it were defined that when solvent ratio of developing system was 0.2:2:4 and pH value was 7.0-14.0, the separated result was the best. (author)
