Effect of low-dose γ-irradiation on the relative content of histone H1 and H10 in the nuclei of rat brain cortices neurones
Description
External γ-irradiation of rats under 0.1-2 Gy causes decreasing of histone H1 contents on the first two days after irradiation and increasing in fare later in brain cortices neurones. These changes are observed in fraction of chromatin, which has sensitivity to DNA. (author)
