Photoelectron spectroscopy of PbTiO3:Mn single crystals

Description
The XPS measurements of the PbTiO3:x%Mn single crystals revealed that in spite of a small manganese concentration the significant changes of the XPS line shapes are observed. This is caused probably by the change of the valency of Ti, Pb and Mn and due to possibility of the replacement of both Ti and Pb ions by Mn
