The present 2. edition of the Data Compilation of Irradiation Tested Electronic Components represents a continuation of the 1. edition and is published as a loose-leaf handbook. In addition to the 190 reports provided in the 1. issue the present handbook contains further 44 test reports of currently used semiconductor devices in a comprehensive but easily to handle graphical and tabular presentation. Statistical values are given in order to facilitate the parts life time evaluation in a radiative environment. (orig.)

Die vorliegende 2. Ausgabe der Datensammlung strahlungsgetesteter elektronischer Bauteile stellt eine Weiterfuehrung der 1. Ausgabe dar und wird als Loseblattsammlung herausgegeben. Zusaetzlich zu den 190 Berichten der 1. Ausgabe enthaelt das vorliegende Handbuch weitere 44 Testberichte von gegenwaertig eingesetzten Halbleiter-Bauteilen in einer zwar umfangreichen, jedoch ueberschaubaren Darstellung in Diagrammen und Tabellen. Fuer eine Abschaetzung der Bauteile-Lebensdauer werden statistische Angaben gemacht. (orig.)
