Determination of trace impurity elements in pyrolytic boron nitride by atomic absorption

Description

A method has been developed for atomic absorption determination of trace impurity elements in pyrolytic boron nitride. Twenty BN samples were analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. Iron, calcium and magnesium have been found to be most common impurity elements in born pyronitride. refs. 5, tabs. 2
