Hydrated radii determination for some trivalent actinide ions

Description

Unknown diffusion coefficients of the hydrated ions of Am3+, Cm3+, Cf3+, and Es3+, in the limit of zero ionic strength have been obtained with the 6.24, 6.09, 5.88, 5.78x10-6cm2.s-1 respectively. The hydrated radius and the number of water molecules diffusing with the actinide ion increase with the atomic number of the element

On determine les coefficients de diffusion limites des ions aquo Am3+, Cm3+, Cf3+ et Es3+, soit: 6,24, 6,09, 5,88, 5.78.10-6cm2.s-1 respectivement. Le rayon hydrate et le nombre de molecules d'eau diffusant avec l'ion considere augmentent avec le numero atomique de l'element
