Device for identification of X quanta photons backscatter on an interface

Description
A device to identify quanta of soft X-ray irradiation which are scattered on the boundary surface of two media one of which is air and the distance to the reflector is apriori unknown has been described. The flowsheet of the device, basic circuits of separate functional units are presented. Using the device described similar as to the spectral composition X-ray quanta backscattered at the air and more dense media at different distances to the latter are identified
