Ion implantation and long-range interaction phenomenon in polycreystalline alpha-Fe
Description
The results of electron microscopic study of the long-range interaction phenomenon caused by ion implantation in alpha-Fe were presented. The C, Fe, W, Hf and Ar 40-110 keV ions were implanted in continuous and pulse-periodical regimes. The reasons for the dislocation structure formation are analyzed dur to ion action
