Small-angle X-ray investigation of the structures of Langmuir-Blodgett molecular films

The electron density profiles of Langmuir-Blodgett films consisting of small numbers of biomolecular layers on the substrates (stearates Pb and Tl, begenates Ba, Tl and octadecylphenol) were calculated by using small-angle X-ray diffraction data. (author)
