International cooperation for establishment and use of nuclear energy in developing countries

The study concept presented here is neither intended to put forward arguments for or against nuclear power, nor to promote the nuclear option, but to - provide a realistic basis for the decision (which in the end might turn out to be 'no'), - outline the preparatory measures in case of a positive decision, - assure optimum domestic industry and engineering participation.
