COMMERCIAL SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL ASSEMBLY WASTE VOLUME AND WEIGHT ESTIMATION FOR 63,000 MTU

Description

The purpose of this calculation is to create a high-level estimation of the weights and volume of the commercial spent nuclear fuel (SNF) assemblies, at the time of repository receipt, that will comprise 63,000 metric tons of uranium (MTU) waste. The results of this calculation are for informational purposes only and are not intended to be used as input to design documents.
